My name is Ianula Moen, though many know me as Yani. Originally from Bucharest, Romania, I've spent over a decade in the States and have proudly called Florida my home since 2018. As a mother to a wonderful 9-year-old son, two beagles, and a homeowner myself since 2022, I have a deep, personal understanding of what “home” truly means.

I chose a career in real estate in 2020 and have embraced it as a path of immense professional and personal growth. My approach is built upon a solid foundation of European experiences in Public Relations and Marketing, further strengthened by a bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations and a master's in European Affairs.

To provide my clients with a distinct advantage, I hold several key certifications. As a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), I offer an insider's perspective on the intricacies of Homeowners Associations. For added convenience and a seamless closing process, I am also a Public Notary and certified Notary Signing Agent. I proudly speak three languages fluently: Romanian, English, and Spanish.

Outside of real estate, my greatest passions are travel and personal growth. It is my lifelong dream to explore the globe with my son and experience its diverse cultures. This same spirit of discovery fuels my passion for feng shui, energy work, and the rewarding spiritual journey of connecting with my higher Self.
